New Directors &
Musical Announcment
Bradford Robinson, Director
Mr. Robinson is thrilled to be joining Danvers High School as the Extracurricular Theater Director. He is an experienced director and choreographer in the Greater Boston Area, having worked extensively with such organizations as The Arlington Children’s Theatre, The Footlight Club, and The Concord Players. Mr. Robinson favorite credits include The Music Man (Director/Choreographer), Seussical (Director), The Laramie Project (Director) and Matilda (Choreographer). Mr. Robinson is a longtime member and featured dancer in The Boston Gay Men’s Chorus, performing such solos as “Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo” in the premiere production of Disney PRIDE!, in concert and as Jolene in Glitter and Gingham, a Dolly Parton tribute concert, and most recently performing with the Boston Pops for their annual Pride Night. Mr. Robinson also recently performed in his debut solo cabaret performance of “Make ‘Em Laugh” at dbar in Dorchester, MA. He was raised in Wakefield, MA, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Salem State University.

Kimberly Peterson, Tech Director
Kimberly Peterson, Tech Director Kim Peterson holds a B.F.A. in Performance Production with a focus in Sound Design from Cornish College of the Arts, and an M.A. in Theatre Education from Emerson College. She has worked as a sound designer, technical director, and theatre educator across the Pacific Northwest and New England, with teaching experience spanning elementary through college level.
Most recently Kim was the Sound Designer for Jagged Little Pill at Marblehead Little Theatre. She is passionate about the power of theatre as a storytelling tool and is thrilled to join Danvers Public Schools. She looks forward to working with students, faculty, and families to create memorable productions this season.
Fall Musical
This Fall, DHS ACTS will be producing Mamma Mia! The team is excited to get to work and information about auditions will be communicated in late August / Early September prior to school starting! Dramafest and Spring Show titles will be communicated at a later date.
